There is zero reason why this should even be a remotely partisan issue.

There is effectively nothing we can do right now, based on our current understanding of science and technology.

So the U.S. is taking these aggressive efforts to cut emissions while other countries are increasing emissions multiple times.

It is ironic, because they are saying fund LWCF... but we are prohibited from using it for that purpose.
