The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 58, line 10, strike ``That such'' and all that follows through ``of Engineers:'' on line 13 and insert ``That such funds may not be used for activities reimbursed by, or for which funds have been made available by, the Federal Emergency Management Agency or the Army Corps of Engineers, in excess of the authorized amount of the project or its components:''.
