I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 119, after line 18, insert the following: Sec. 775A. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to carry out clause (ii) of section 6(o)(4)(A) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2015(o)(4)(A)). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 723, the gentleman from Louisiana (Mr. Graves) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Louisiana.
