Mr. Speaker, I ask my friend, please keep his ideas to himself. Ruin California, but don't ruin the rest of the country. Don't ruin the other 49 States. This is absolutely remarkable. We have watched as this administration comes in and does a ban on exporting American energy, on new exports of American energy, does a ban.…”
