Mr. Chairman, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of title I, add the following: SEC. ___. FLOOD MITIGATION AND RIVERINE RESTORATION PROGRAM. The Secretary shall expedite carrying out the projects listed under paragraphs (29) through (33) of section 212(e) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1999 (33 U.S.C. 2332(e)) and is authorized to proceed to construction on such any such project if the Chief of Engineers determines the project is feasible. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 892, the gentleman from Louisiana (Mr. Graves) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Louisiana.
