I want to publicly thank Representative Hoyle for her work on the bill. It is a great bill. Mr. Speaker, I yield 5 minutes to the gentleman from Mississippi (Mr. Ezell).

All of these groups are supporting this bill and urging a ``no'' vote on the other bill, H.R. 5342.

But that can't happen again. Regardless of the challenges facing FAA and Boeing, the FAA must be able to walk and chew gum at the same time.

It is difficult for me to sit here and understand how it takes 4 years to implement.
