I would like to start a colloquy with the gentleman from Pennsylvania, who made a statement about how our national labs innovated us into this emissions reduction leadership role we play in the United States. I ask the gentleman from Pennsylvania to explain to us about those innovations and how that contributed to emissions reductions.
