Very briefly, my comments regarding his and FDA's ability to move forward on this is based on current law, including the Medicare Modernization Act, which says that if they institute a safety regime and certify the safety of these drugs, they can, in fact, move forward with the reimportation regime. So under present law, that is possible, and that is what I was referring to. But I respect the Senator's point of view.”
