I mean, almost 60 percent, about 57 percent of the people who earn minimum wage, are female. These are the people who wake up every morning and go to work. I think we also, whenever we talk about the minimum wage debate, if you are for getting people off of welfare, then I just cannot understand how one cannot be in the same breath for raising the minimum wage. One of the best ways to get people off of welfare is to pay the people for the work they do.
