We will spend--the Federal Government--in transportation infrastructure this year $53 billion. It's a disgrace. We're a Nation of 300 million people. You just spent as a Nation, the United States, $89 billion rebuilding the roads and bridges of Afghanistan. You spent $69 billion rebuilding the roads and bridges of Iraq. Those are nations of 30 million and 26 million respectively.…”
