None of the funds made available by this Act may be used by the Secretary of Energy to carry out, or for the salary of any officer or employee of the Department of Energy to carry out, the proposed action of the Department to transport target residue material from Ontario, Canada to the United States, described in the supplement analysis entitled ``Supplement Analysis for the Foreign Research Reactor Spent Nuclear Fuel Acceptance Program'', issued by the Department in November 2015 (DOE/EIS-0218-SA-07). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 743, the gentleman from New York and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from New York.
