I think that is a pretty tacit admission that the market is failing.
The key is that it gives the individual taxpayer the right to determine his or her destiny.
we are seeing the costs going up. And of course what the President is proposing is higher taxpayer liability.
We are still committed to comprehensive, full tax reform, as a Committee.
