The federal government has a responsibility to ensure that our veterans receive the best healthcare we can provide.

I think those of us on the Committee share that, and are hopeful that we can continue to move the needle forward.

The key is that it gives the individual taxpayer the right to determine his or her destiny.

If we do this, it's going to further delay the investigation. I think it's time to move on.
