Charles Boustany: “Under President Obama's health care law, the IRS is now charged with administering much of the health care law.”

This is an absolutely essential amendment because we need more transparency about methods and how these assumptions are built into what they are proposing. Mr. Chairman, I yield 2 minutes to the gentleman from Georgia (Mr. Loudermilk).

We are seeing the costs going up. And of course what the President is proposing is higher taxpayer liability.

I am pleased to yield 4 minutes to the gentleman from Tennessee (Mr. Roe), who is the chairman of the Physicians Caucus.

This has to be resolved, because if America is going to lead in trade, we have to have enforcement of our laws.
