We have a very uncompetitive Tax Code.
I think it is important to understand the real-life consequences of our tax policies.
America is an exceptional Nation. And I think all of us believe that in our heart.
I would argue against any time that somehow a bigger stick, swung harder, is going to encourage people to stay.
