I have no other Members wishing to speak on the bill, and I am prepared to close. I reserve the balance of my time.

We are seeing the costs going up. And of course what the President is proposing is higher taxpayer liability.

I believe it is of vital importance to seek solutions to the problem of delayed payments for veterans' medical care.

The trend lines in all these areas are very disturbing, in my mind, as a physician who has been around health care for quite a long time.
