Mr. Chairman, I respect the gentleman's call on this with regard to the rules. I would just hope that the members of the subcommittee, as well as my colleagues in the House, would work with us to solve this problem once and for all. This is unacceptable. Veterans are getting hurt day in and day out. Their credit ratings are suffering. This is one more egregious example---- The CHAIR. The gentleman's remarks must be confined to the point of order.
