I condemn this crude oil tax in the harshest terms. I think it is the wrong diagnosis and the wrong prescription.

I think those of us on the Committee share that, and are hopeful that we can continue to move the needle forward.

The key is that it gives the individual taxpayer the right to determine his or her destiny.

I am sick and tired of the punitive measures being promoted on the other side against American business.
