I am prepared to close. Mr. Speaker, I just want to say that I am glad we can work together on this bipartisan bill. It is an important step in improving access to clinical trials. I thank my colleague from Louisiana for sharing his personal story. It is a very poignant story, and it highlights the importance of this small step that we are taking to improve access to clinical trials.

Clearly, it is in our interest to have a growing economy. It is necessary, if we are going to see growth going back to 3.5 or 4 percent, to open up these markets for American producers, American manufacturers.
This would be very helpful to small businesses and families, and I hope we can work with the committee to see this pathway on this.
