We won't control costs by cutting Medicare provider reimbursements below the cost of providing care. And if left on the books, IPAB will endanger the lives of seniors and delay access to providers. It's very clear. This undermines the doctor-patient relationship. It undermines trust in our health care system. It undermines quality, and we will not control costs with IPAB. That's why we must repeal it.
