The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 952, beginning on line 17, strike ``Federal program'' and insert ``Federal program, except in the case of a project for coastal wetlands conservation, coastal restoration, or hurricane protection, or an infrastructure project directly impacted by coastal wetland losses''.
