I stand in support of my colleague from Ohio. Part of being a legislator and part of having the responsibility of being elected to this body and representing people back home is you have the use of the tools that are in front of you to accomplish the goals that you need to accomplish. As we stress regular order and as we talk about the Judiciary Committee, right now, today--right here on the floor of this House--we have the ability as Congressmen to make a difference for a family whose hero was killed. We know who the perpetrator is, and nothing is being done about it. So I share in my colleague's frustration, and I yield to the gentleman from Ohio (Mr. Ryan).
