The amounts otherwise provided by this Act are revised by reducing the aggregate amount made available for ``Federal Prison System--Salaries and Expenses'', and by increasing the amount made available for ``Office of Justice Programs--Juvenile Justice Programs'' for youth mentoring grants, by $155,900,000.
