My bottom line message is we're showing that it works. Let's scale this up quickly, let's not wait. Don't wait for this oil to hit the coastline. The plans they've got are not enough.

Those eight experts met with Secretary Salazar. A majority of them met, but all eight of them have put their names on a letter saying that they didn't recommend the six-month moratorium.

I would certainly hope the administration would reconsider, see what the judge said. He called it an arbitrary decision, the six-month moratorium.

There was no coordination. The command-and-control infrastructure didn't work. And that's why we're saying all along we need to intensify this effort.
