I would certainly hope the administration would reconsider, see what the judge said. He called it an arbitrary decision, the six-month moratorium.

Well, what is -- and what's incredibly frustrating is that, for us, this is a fight to protect our way of life. All we're saying to the federal government is, lead or get out of the way; either help us, or don't -- at least don't stop us.

What I'm saying is, take it seriously. Listen to the experts. Get it done as quickly as they can safely. Don't give me an arbitrary six-month moratorium.
