They have no plan. The Coast Guard nor BP has a plan. There's nobody cleaning up the marsh. I want to see a plan. If you're not going to have a plan, get the hell out of the way and let us go do it ourselves.

It matters to the wildlife. It matters to the wetlands. It matters to the way of life in Louisiana. We have got to know what we're up against.

It's an emergency. And here we are, weeks later, after we already started pumping, waiting on the additional permits from the berm.

The only way we're going to control our way of life and get our way of life back is if we have those berms out there, we have barges in the pass, and we can keep that oil at bay.
