The amendment is as follows: (Purpose: To improve the bill regarding emergency assistance to non- public schools) In section 2002 strike ``that enroll a significant percentage of'' and all that follows through the end of the section and insert ``under the terms and conditions of section 312(d) of the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2021 (division M of Public Law 116-260).''
