Now, in that case, I've looked at it, much of what your PMI (Precision Medicine Initiative) has done is said to be centralized, but it sounds as if your EHR aspect will be federated in that my record will reside in Louisiana, but nonetheless, here in D.C., my blood sample would be kept, my hair, my nail clipping, and somehow that has reached out to where my primary care physician is in Baton Rouge. Is that fair?
