Stop. I am not asking text retention. I am asking, were the people responsible for the failure of this system, and who did not initiate the appropriate follow-up, and/or apparently tampered with people, responder number one, have said things which may have influenced the way they responded to the OIG; how are they being held accountable?
Questioning accountability for failures in the system and potential tampering.
