The clerk will report the concurrent resolution by title. The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A concurrent resolution (S. Con. Res. 13) reaffirming the United States commitment to Taiwan and to the implementation of the Taiwan Relations Act. There being no objection, the committee was discharged and the Senate proceeded to consider the concurrent resolution.
