I continue to reserve the balance of my time, Mr. Speaker. Mr. McDERMOTT. Mr. Speaker, in conclusion, I simply want to say again ``thank you'' to my colleague from Kentucky. This working relationship on behalf of children is one that has never gotten really political, and it is one of the nicest things about serving in Congress. So I appreciate having Geoff come on as the new chairman of the committee. I have no further requests for time, and I yield back the balance of my time.
