The text of the motion is as follows: Mr. Yarmuth moves that the House concur in the Senate amendment to H.R. 5376. The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to House Resolution 1316, the motion shall be debatable for 3 hours equally divided among and controlled by the respective chairs and ranking minority members of the Committees on the Budget, Energy and Commerce, and Ways and Means, or their respective designees.
