Yes, Lawrence, thanks for having me on. I do believe it is possible. As you mentioned, the proposals now for the billionaire's tax are pretty complex. I think we can come to conceptual agreement, but, you know, what I prefer to think of is we're not -- this is not a tax bill. This is not something that we should focus on as a way to create equity in the tax code.
