What we`ve been focused on and what the Biden administration has been focused on is not the dollar amount. It`s the policy, it`s the programs and the benefits that we think we need to give the American people so that we can create an opportunistic life form for all of our citizens and create an economy that`s going to serve them for not just the next year or two but for generations to come.
