The text of the motion is as follows: Mr. Yarmuth moves that the House concur in the Senate amendment to H.R. 1319. The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to House Resolution 198, the motion shall be debatable for 2 hours equally divided among and controlled by the chair and ranking minority member of the Committee on the Budget or their respective designees and the chair and ranking minority member of the Committee on Ways and Means or their respective designees. The gentleman from Kentucky (Mr. Yarmuth), the gentleman from Missouri (Mr. Smith), the gentleman from Massachusetts (Mr. Neal), and the gentleman from Texas (Mr. Brady) each will control 30 minutes.
