I intended to vote ``yes'' and spoke in favor of the motion during floor debate earlier today. The SPEAKER pro tempore. Without objection, the Chair appoints the following conferees on Senate Concurrent Resolution 11: Messrs. Tom Price of Georgia, Rokita, Diaz-Balart, Mrs. Black, Messrs.
