I have a tremendous concern when 17 years ago we picked an option to upgrade our water infrastructure along the Mississippi and Illinois Rivers, and we have yet to do so because we have projects like Olmsted that are still backlogged.

Time is money, and in a world of skyrocketing inflation, further delay in implementing this law limits the total number of jobs.
I don't think it is all due to rising beef costs. I am certain it has a lot more to do with this Administration's reckless spending and policies.
