Any company looking at Kentucky, at minimum, is required to demonstrate they will be good neighbors. They must invest responsibly, operate transparently, and work in partnership with our people and our communities.

You can’t operate without an air or water permit.

We have to be the party that is seen as addressing Americans’ concerns.

None of them will do their job right now and stand up to a president… that is running over the Constitution at every turn.
