this is not political anymore. This is about the solvency of a nation, in my opinion the greatest one the world has ever seen.
Under the Constitution, is it not the Congress' job to control the purse strings? To create and pass a budget is one of our core constitutional duties.
As much as I appreciate Mr. Clinton's leadership, it takes two to tango, especially when it comes to a budget.
To say that what we are dealing with here in terms of a $14 trillion debt... is somehow the fault of the last administration, that is her words, is ridiculous.

This is all about jobs. When you are talking about businesses that are trying to grow them and manage their internal affairs.
I love it, how in Washington, D.C., cutting 2.5 percent of a budget deficit is draconian.
