Reclaiming my time, I appreciate that, Mr. Chairman. It is important for Congress to give the term ``critical commerce corridor'' meaning. We have seen the dangers of leaving terms undefined and of relying on the agency to create a definition that could be nowhere near what Congress intended. Again, I thank the chairman and the ranking member for all of their hard work. Indiana is known as the Crossroads of America, and the CCC concept actually comes from Indiana and, in part, Purdue Universities. I thank the chairman for his commitment that the critical commerce corridor concept is defined appropriately in the legislation as we go through the process. Mr. DeFAZIO. Mr. Chairman, I reserve the balance of my time.
