“Well, I thank the gentleman from Arkansas. Clearly, Mr. Speaker, you see why he was elected mayor of Rogers, Arkansas. You see why he has been a leader in our U.S. military, and you see how and why he leads on the floor of this House. I want to, again, thank Congressman Tom Rice from South Carolina for speaking today, and Congressman Mark Sanford, former Governor of South Carolina, now Congressman of the First District, for speaking today. Again, I thank Congressman Steve Womack. With the time we have remaining, I yield to a good friend of mine who came in at the same time as Steve Womack and I in a wave of 87 new Congresspersons, the new crew, as I call it, my good friend, Rob Woodall, also a member of the Budget Committee, to put some icing over what we have learned over the past hour.”
