Today, my team and I announced we entered an agreement with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) under Section 287(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act.

This settlement is a milestone victory for Hoosier families.

The IHSAA exists to build character. A racial litmus test for choosing leadership on the IHSAA’s board does the opposite, and after months of delay, the Association left us no choice but to take legal action.

It’s imperative upon the homeowners, imperative upon those who’ve been affected, that you’re not leaving your Hoosier common sense at the door when they come knocking on the door.
