I believe that H.R. 1002, the 'Wireless Tax Fairness Act,' is a constitutionally sound, pro-consumer bill, pro-business bill, and I strongly encourage this Subcommittee and the full Committee to mark up this bill as expeditiously as possible so that it can be considered by the full House.
