I ask unanimous consent an amendment numbered 273, previously agreed to, be modified with language that is at the desk. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. The amendment will be so modified. The amendment (No. 273), as modified, was agreed to as follows: On page 12, strike lines 16 through 18, and insert the following: (2) Availability of funds.-- (A) Fiscal year 2006.--Fifteen percent of the funds appropriated pursuant to paragraph (1) for fiscal year 2006 are authorized to remain available until September 30, 2007. (B) Fiscal year 2007.--Fifteen percent of the funds appropriated pursuant to paragraph (1) for fiscal year 2007 are authorized to remain available until September 30, 2008.
