What assurance after 19 years of failure in our drawdown that they are going to be able to do this?

It is important that the government now start to take responsibility for that.

I strongly believe making critical investments in medical research at the Federal level will improve the well-being of our Nation.

And my humble request here today is that we take that next step, continue to support it more robustly.
