The amendment before the House would bar the use of funds in contravention of existing Federal requirements for meaningful consultation and coordination with Tribal communities related to the activities that would impact them. I do believe this is a good amendment and ask my colleagues to accept it. Mr. Chair, I yield back the balance of my time.
