None of the funds made available by this Act may be used in contravention of-- (1) Executive Order 13175 (65 Fed. Reg. 67249; relating to consultation and coordination with Indian Tribal governments); or (2) section 1501.2(d)(2) of title 40, Code of Federal Regulations. The Acting CHAIR.
