One of the great challenges of this economy right now is, despite the high rates of unemployment, we have many jobs that go unfilled because employers have a great deal of difficulty finding someone who has those life skills, those soft skills, that motivation to do work, and sometimes to do pretty tough work in some of the factories or other areas.
