Page 29, line 23, after the dollar amount insert ``(reduced by $1,531,990.51)''. Page 37, line 7, after the dollar amount insert ``(increased by $4,946,140.80)''. The CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 359, the gentleman from Indiana (Mr. Stutzman) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Indiana.
