I agree that we have not had hearings. I believe that the urgency is great and that we fight so much over jurisdiction in this body that literally this Congress and this city could have been theoretically blown off the face of the Earth while we argue over jurisdiction. So I hope this would be done with alacrity. I would hope that there will not be jurisdictional battles, that it has to go through three committees, so that we can get something back to this floor as soon as possible because it was demonstrated last week that our lives may depend on this.
